The "Independent Campus" or "Independent Learning" program is an initiative under the Ministry of Education and Culture with the primary objective of encouraging students to acquire and master knowledge in preparation for facing the future job market. The "Independent Campus Independent Learning" (MBKM) program aims to improve human resources to face the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 by providing opportunities for students to develop soft and hard skills. One of the key concepts of "Independent Learning" is the freedom of students to choose learning experiences outside their study program. The "Independent Student Exchange" (PMM) exchange program, part of MBKM, facilitates student exchanges between regions with a maximum credit transfer policy of 20 credits. The "Nusantara Module" is a compulsory course for PMM participants focusing on cultural diversity and social contribution. In addition, the "Cultural Festival" is a series of activities in the "Nusantara Module" that showcases the cultural diversity of its participants. However, research on the "Independent Student Exchange" program is still minimal, so it is necessary to study the impact of the "Nusantara Cultural Festival Module" course on increasing awareness of the diversity of Indonesian culture among PMM3 UNPAD participants.
