<![CDATA[Guidance and supervision of notaries by the regional supervisory board in Bantul Regency is carried out online, many obstacles make its implementation less than ideal, although, on the other hand, it is considered more effective and efficient. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct research on the ideality of guidance and examination of notaries in Bantul Regency online by the regional supervisory board. Therefore, the researcher formulated a problem formulation regarding 'How is the ideality of guidance and examination of notaries in Bantul Regency carried out online by the regional supervisory board?' The research method used is normative with literature studies. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of guidance and supervision of notaries carried out online would be ideal if there was a combination of 'siemon' and live video calls because in addition to getting uploaded documents such as notary protocols, this live video call can add to the truth that exists directly at the notary's office concerned. In the process, the notary can be asked to show the notary protocol directly. So, the regional supervisory board can synchronize what is shown in the live video call with what has been uploaded or uploaded by the notary in the 'siemon' application.Keywords: Notary, Siemon Application, Bantul Regency AbstrakPembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap notaris oleh majelis pengawas daerah di Kabupaten Bantul dilakukan secara online, banyak hambatan yang membuat pelaksanaanya tidak ideal, meskipun dilain sisi dinilai lebih efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai idealitas pembinaan dan pemeriksaan notaris di Kabupaten Bantul secara online oleh majelis pengawas daerah. Oleh karena itu, peneliti merumuskan suatu rumusan masalah mengenai ‘Bagaimanakah idealitas pembinaan dan pemeriksaan notaris di Kabupaten Bantul yang dilakukan secara online oleh majelis pengawas daerah?’ Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah normatif dengan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembinaan dan pengawasan notaris yang dilakukan secara online akan lebih ideal apabila terdapat kombinasi antara ‘siemon’ dan live video call karena selain mendapat dokumen yang diuploud seperti protokol notaris, maka live video call ini bisa menambah kebenaran yang ada secara langsung di kantor notaris yang bersangkutan. Pada prosesnya, notaris dapat diminta untuk menunjukkan protokol notaris secara langsung. Sehingga, bagi majelis pengawas daerah dapat mensinkronkan apa yang ditunjukkan di live video call dengan apa yang sudah diunggah atau diuploud oleh notaris di aplikasi ‘siemon’.Kata kunci: Notaris, Aplikasi Siemon, Kabupaten Bantul]]>
