Farmers are individuals or groups involved in agricultural production to meet market or local consumption needs. They play a crucial role in the production process up to the distribution of harvested products, but often face challenges in financial management. The Al-Fatihah Farm Community-Based Organization (CBO) in Jelbuk Village, Jember Regency, has been striving to coordinate agricultural products to achieve higher selling prices. However, they face challenges due to a lack of knowledge in financial management. To address this, the proposing team provides financial management training covering accounting, record-keeping, and result analysis. The objective is to empower community groups to effectively and efficiently manage their harvest finances, thereby improving the welfare of group members. The method employed is ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development), which leverages assets such as knowledge and experience possessed by community members to enhance their financial management capabilities. The outcome of this community service activity is an increase in knowledge and skills among members of the Al-Fatihah Farm CBO and farmers in Jelbuk Village in the financial management of agricultural products.
