Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menemukan efek dari work life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Hotel X di Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 65 responden bagian finance di Hotel X. Hasil pengumpulan data diolah dengan menggunakan partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan software SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Hotel X (2) kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Hotel X. The aim of the research is to find the effect of work-life balance and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at Hotel X in South Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach involving 65 respondents from the finance department at Hotel X. The results of data collection were processed using the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) using SMARTPLS software. The research results show (1) work life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty at Hotel X (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty at Hotel X.
