<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji beberapa hasil, yaitu pengaruh role model terhadap entrepreneurial intention dan pengaruhentrepreneurial passion terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner melalui google form sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa program studi sarjana manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara yang telah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah role model berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial passion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention. The objective of this study is to examine several outcomes, namely the influence of role models on entrepreneurial intention and the influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial intention. The sampling technique employed is convenience sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms to 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4.0. The sample consists of undergraduate management students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Tarumanagara University who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The results of the study indicate that role models have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial passion also has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.]]>
