<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh solvabilitas, ROA, DER, umur perusahaan, dan reputasi underwiter terhadap underpricing. Dan juga untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh solvabilitas, ROA, DER, umur perusahaan, dan reputasi underwiter secara bersama âsama terhadap underpricing. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, berupa data perusahaan sector jasa yang melakukan IPO atau terdaftar di BEI dan daftar harga penawaran perdana (offering price) saham dan harga penutupan (closing price) saham hari pertama dipasar sekunder. Data tersebut diperoleh dari www.idx.com dan www.e-bursa.com. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa solvabilitas, DER, dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap underpricing. Sedangkan ROA, dan reputasi underwriter tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap underpricing. Sementara solvabilitas, ROA, DER, umur perusahaan, dan reputasi underwiter, secara bersama âsama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap underpricing. This study aimed to determine whether there is influence of solvability, ROA, DER, company age, and underwriter reputation to the underpricing. And also to determine whether there is influence of solvability, ROA, DER, company age, and underwriter reputation along just to underpricing.The data used are secondary data, a data service company that went public or listed on the Stock Exchange and a list of the bid price (bid price) of shares and the closing price (closing price) the first day of secondary market shares. Data obtained from www.idx.com and www.e-bursa.com. Based on these results can be seen that the solvability, DER, and company age have a significant effect on underpricing. While ROA, and Underwriter reputation no significant effect on underpricing.
