<![CDATA[Abstract: Heart communication is a communication approach that emphasizes intellectual processing, emotional regulation, emotional cleansing, sympathy, empathy, peace, and happiness. It fosters emotional awareness and sincerity in interactions. This study aims to analyze how heart communication influences interpersonal and intrapersonal communication in the context of workplace seniority. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, this research explores individual experiences in applying heart communication in senior-junior interactions. The findings reveal that heart communication strengthens interpersonal relationships, reduces seniority gaps, and establishes a more harmonious and inclusive communication pattern.
