The purpose of this study are: 1) To test and analyze whether the halal label has an effect on Halal Certification Compliance Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lumajang Regency. 2) To test and analyze whether Religiosity has an effect on Halal Certification Compliance Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lumajang Regency. 3) To test and analyze whether Producer Attitude has an effect on Halal Certification Compliance Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lumajang Regency. 4) Does the halal label Religiosity, and Producer Attitude have a simultaneous effect on Halal Certification Compliance Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lumajang Regency. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive method, the number of samples in the study is 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses a proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that X1 does not have a positive and significant effect on halal certification compliance with the resulting significance value of 0.075, (0.075 <0.05), (1.803 >1.984), the coefficient value of 0.232 which means a positive effect of 23.2% so that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Religiosity X2 with the results of the t-test of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05,), the results of the t-test of 3.667 are greater than the r table (3.667 >1.984). Producer Attitude (X3). Significance value 0.040 <0.05, calculated t value > r table (2.082 >1.660, so Ha is accepted and HO is rejected, significance value 0.000 <0.05. And f > f table (46.691 > 2.37), so Ha is accepted. From the Adjusted R Square value (determination coefficient) shows a value of 0.581 or 58.1% and the remaining 41.9% is influenced by other factors.
