PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK EKSEKUTIF DAN STRATEGI PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

This study ained to analyzed the effect of Executive Characteristics, Corporate Strategy though Corporate Performance with Good Corporate Governance as Intervening Variable. This study was conducted focus on State Owned Company listed and non listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020-2023. Data were analyzed using Panel Regression Method Random Effect Model (REM) with the help of Eviews 13 Program. The Results showed that Corporate Strategy have a significant positive with Good Corporate Governance and Executive Characteristics have a significant positive with Corporate Strategy. However, Executive Characteristics have not significant to Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Strategy and Good Corporate Governance have not significant to Corporate Performance and Good Corporate Governance cannot intervening on Executive Characteristics, Corporate Strategy though Corporate Performance.
