<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how implementing an electronic attendance system affects employee discipline at the Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport Operator Unit Office. The method used in this research is descriptive data analysis with a quantitative approach. The data collection process is done by distributing questionaires containing the same 20 instruments to 53 sample people. The sample of this study was taken randomly from 111 people using the simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were then analyzed by conducting statiscal tests, namely simple linear regression tests. The results showed that the implementation of the electronic attendance system had a significant effect on employee work discipline at the Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport Operator Unit Office. The magnitude of the influence exerted by the electronic attendance system on employee work discipline is shown by the straightforward linear regression equation Y = 11.492 + 0.735X, which means that any change of 1 unit in the electronic attendance system will cause a change of 0.735 units in employee work discipline.]]>
