Data were collected using a purposive sampling technique with the Slovin formula for 60 samples from a population of 71 and a confidence level of 95%. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire which had previously been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that in handling dysmenorrhea, 3.3% of teenagers did not take medication, 35% used chemical drugs, 61.6% used traditional drugs. The knowledge level measurement is 86% which is classified as good and the behavior level is classified as positive >15.
