ABSTRAK Program ASI eksklusif merupakan program promosi pemberian ASI saja pada bayi tanpa memberikan makanan atau minuman lain. Tahun 1990, pemerintah mencanangkan Gerakan Nasional Peningkatan Pemberian ASI (PPASI) yang salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk membudayakan perilaku menyusui secara eksklusif kepada bayi dari lahir sampai usia 4 bulan 2 Tahun 2004, sesuai dengan anjuran WHO, pemberian ASI eksklusif ditingkatkan menjadi 6 bulan sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Hasil wawancara pada studi pendahuluan dari 10 ibu nifas, terdapat 4 ibu nifas yang  tidak mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ibu Nifas Dalam Pemberian Asi Eksklusif. Diduga hal ini karena kurangnya pengetahuan ibu nifas mengenai Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ibu Nifas Dalam Pemberian Asi Eksklusif.Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang manfaat ASI Eksklusif. Dalam memberikan edukasi dengan metode Penyuluhan tentang manfaat ASI Eksklusif untuk ibu, bayi dan keluarga Di PMB Bidan W. Hasil: Ibu nifas sudah memahami semua materi yang disampaikan dan merasa rileks setelah diberikan pemijatan laktasi. Penyuluhan tentang manfaat ASI Eksklusif untuk ibu, bayi dan keluarga Di PMB Bidan W Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan Tentang Manfaat ASI Eksklusif Untuk Ibu, Bayi Dan Keluarga.  ABSTRACT The exclusive breastfeeding program is a program that promotes the provision of breast milk alone to infants without providing other food or drink. In 1990, the government launched the National Movement to Increase Breastfeeding (PPASI), one of the objectives of which was to cultivate the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding to babies from birth to 4 months of age 2 In 2004, in accordance with WHO recommendations, exclusive breastfeeding was increased to 6 months as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of interviews in the preliminary study of 10 postpartum women, there were 4 postpartum women who did not know the factors that influenced postpartum women in exclusive breastfeeding. It is suspected that this is due to the lack of knowledge of postpartum mothers about the factors that influence postpartum mothers in providing exclusive breastfeeding. It is expected to increase the knowledge of postpartum women about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding. In providing education with counseling methods about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for mothers, babies and families at PMB Midwife W. Postpartum women have understood all the material presented and feel relaxed after being given a lactation massage.
