Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, kemasan, dan ulasan pelanggan online terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Menantea di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei terhadap konsumen Menantea. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan ulasan pelanggan online memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan kemasan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi Menantea untuk mengembangkan strategi harga dan ulasan pelanggan online yang lebih efektif.Kata kunci: Harga, Kemasan, Ulasan Pelanggan Online, Keputusan Pembelian.Abstract. This research aims to analyze the influence of price, packaging, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of Menantea products in Bandung City. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through surveys of Menantea consumers. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression. The results show that price and online customer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while packaging does not have a significant effect. This study provides strategic insights for Menantea to develop more effective pricing and online customer review strategies.Keyword: Price, Packaging, Online Customer Reviews, Purchasing Decision
