Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of utilization of the E-Kinerja application and work ethic on the performance of employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the help of the SPSS 26 program. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, totaling 41 people. The results of this study indicate that partially with the t test variable E-Kinerja and work ethic have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Together using the f test variable E-Performance and Work Ethic affect the Performance of Employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the influence of the E-Kinerja and Work Ethic variables on the Performance of Employees of the Office of Communication and Informatics of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is 51%, the remaining 49% is influenced by other variables such as additional employee income (TPP) factors, work motivation, mental attitude, and physical condition of employees.
