AbstractThe aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees at RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach to describe each variable and evaluate its impact. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed online, and the sampling method used is proportional non-random sampling. Data was obtained in May 2024 from RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan, as many as 155 health workers (Nakes) were calculated using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences or SPSS version 24. The research results stated that partially there was a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Partially there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. and simultaneously work discipline and work motivation have a significant positive effect on the performance of RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan masing-masing variabel dan mengevaluasi dampaknya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarluaskan secara online, dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proporsional non-random sampling. Data diperoleh pada Mei 2024 dari RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan, sebanyak 155 tenaga kesehatan (Nakes) dihitung dengan rumus Slovin. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan dilakukan dengan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, atau SPSS, versi 24. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara partial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara partial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. dan secara simultan disiplinkerja dan motivasi pegawai berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di RSUD dr.
