PELATIHAN WEBSITE MARKETPLACE DAN DIGITAL MARKETING CHALODO MENGGUNAKAN FACEBOOK ADS DAN GOOGLE ADWORDS

Chalodo merupakan salah satu industri pengolahan kakao. Cakupan bisnis Chalodo meliputi pertanian coklat, pengolahan coklat, sampai ke pemasaran produk serbuk kakao, kakao pasta dan coklat batang. Saat ini, produk hasil pengolahan kakao Chalodo dijual di Café Chalodo yang terletak di Kota Masamba, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.  Sebagai pemain utama dalam pengolahan coklat menjadi produk siap pakai yang ada di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Chalodo memiliki target untuk menggaet pasar yang lebih luas lagi. Cakupan bisnis Chalodo meliputi pertanian coklat, pengolahan coklat, sampai ke pemasaran produk serbuk kakao, kakao pasta dan coklat batang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang efektif untuk mencapai target pasar yang lebih luas dengan biaya yang murah. Penulis mengajukan solusi untuk menggunakan platform marketplace berbasis web sebagai salah satu media penjualan produk kakao serta meggunakan teknik digital marketing seperti pemanfaatan Facebook Ads dan Google Ads untuk mengiklankan produk-produk Chalodo. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi-teknologi tersebut Chalodo mampu memasarkan produknya diwilayah manapun di seluruh Indonesia tanpa harus menuju ke lokasi tersebut sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan menjadi lebih efisien.  Abstract. Chalodo is one of the cocoa processing industries. The scope of Chalodo's business includes cocoa farming, cocoa processing, and the marketing of cocoa powder, cocoa paste, and chocolate bars. Currently, Chalodo's processed cocoa products are sold at Café Chalodo located in Masamba City, South Sulawesi Province As a major player in the chocolate processing industry that operates in South Sulawesi Province, Chalodo aims to capture an even broader market. Chalodo's business scope encompasses cocoa farming, cocoa processing, and the marketing of cocoa powder, cocoa paste, and chocolate bars. Therefore, an effective strategy is needed to reach a wider market with cost efficiency. The author proposes a solution to use a web-based marketplace platform as one of the channels for selling cocoa products and to employ digital marketing techniques, such as utilizing Facebook Ads and Google Ads, to advertise Chalodo's products. By leveraging these technologies, Chalodo can effectively market its products in any region of Indonesia without the need to physically visit these locations, resulting in more cost-efficient operations
