Abstract: Earthquakes have a significant impact on the spatial structure of urban networks, as observed in Kampung Nagrog, Desa Gasol, following the Sesar Cugenang earthquake. The impacts include fragmentation of the spatial network, reduced accessibility, and changes to the spatial configuration of residential areas. This study aims to analyze the spatial changes in the residential area before and after the earthquake using the Space Syntax method. This method was employed to identify changes in spatial parameters such as connectivity, integration, and Visibility, supporting more effective disaster risk mitigation strategies. The findings indicate a decline in connectivity, Point First Moment, and Point Second Moment, reflecting the fragmentation of the spatial network. However, the increase in Gate Counts suggests that certain routes have become primary pathways post-disaster. A spatial reconfiguration of the area is recommended to improve accessibility and Visibility, with priority given to evacuation routes in areas with high Gate Counts.Keyword: Space Syntax, mitigation, depthmapx, post-earthquake settlement.  Abstrak: Gempa bumi memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap struktur jaringan ruang, seperti yang terjadi di Kampung Nagrog, Desa Gasol, akibat gempa Sesar Cugenang. Dampaknya mencakup fragmentasi jaringan ruang, penurunan aksesibilitas, serta perubahan tata ruang permukiman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan spasial kawasan permukiman sebelum dan sesudah gempa dengan menggunakan metode Space Syntax. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan parameter spasial, seperti konektivitas, integrasi, dan visibilitas, serta mendukung strategi mitigasi risiko bencana yang lebih efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan parameter connectivity, Point First Moment, dan Point Second Moment, yang mencerminkan fragmentasi jaringan ruang. Namun, peningkatan Gate Counts mengindikasikan beberapa jalur menjadi rute utama pasca bencana. Penataan ulang kawasan direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan visibilitas, dengan memprioritaskan jalur evakuasi pada area dengan Gate Counts tinggi.Kata Kunci: Space Syntax, mitigasi, depthmapx, permukiman paska gempa.
