<![CDATA[Abstract: According to Permenkes No. 3 of 2020, hospitals are institutions that provide health services, one of which is inpatient services. In Pemalang Regency there is the Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital which belongs to the Health Charity owned by the Muhammadiyah association. There is a standard guide to the Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah Hospital which is regulated in the SIRSMA book. This research aims to analyze the suitability of SIRSMA with the existing conditions of the Inpatient Layout of Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital. The method used is descriptive literature method with a library research approach to produce design criteria. The results in this study Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital has not perfectly implemented SIRSMA in the Inpatient Room Governance. The importance of implementing SIRSMA at Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah Hospital is to make Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) become the soul of the hospital and the entire hospitalia community.Keyword: SIRSMA, Hospital, Inpatient Care, Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah Hospital;Abstrak: Menurut Permenkes No. 3 Tahun 2020 bahwa Rumah Sakit adalah institusi yang menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya pelayanan rawat inap. Di Kabupaten Pemalang terdapat Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid yang merupakan milik Amal Usaha Kesehatan milik persyarikatan Muhammadiyah. Terdapat panduan standar pada Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah yang diatur pada buku SIRSMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesesuaian SIRSMA dengan kondisi eksisting Tata Ruang Rawat Inap RS Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode deskriptif literatur dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research) untuk menghasilkan kriteria perancangan. Hasil pada penelitian ini RS Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid belum secara sempurna menerapkan SIRSMA pada Tata Kelola Ruang Rawat Inap. Pentingnya penerapan SIRSMA pada RS Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah untuk menjadikan Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) menjadi jiwa bagi rumah sakit dan segenap civitas hospitalia.Kata Kunci: SIRSMA, Rumah Sakit, Rawat Inap, RS Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah]]>
