This study aims to analyze the impact of Competence and Leadership on the quality of public services at the Sorong Utara District Office using a quantitative descriptive method. The t-test results indicate that Competence has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, with a t-value of 3.003 > t-table value of 1.7011 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus accepting hypothesis (H1). Leadership also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.097 > t-table value of 1.7011 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, confirming hypothesis (H2). The F-test results show an F-value of 15.554 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Competence and Leadership simultaneously influence the quality of public services at the Sorong Utara District Office.
