Copyrights represent one part of the intellectual properties and represent peripheral of law giving protection of is including to music masterpiece or song and also give arrangement to its consumer. Its problems how arrangement of song copyrights in Indonesia? And How implementation protection of law to right owner create of masterpiece create song evaluated from UU No 28 Year 2014? Target of this research is to know how arrangement of song copyrights in Indonesia, and to know implementation protection of law to right owner create of masterpiece create song evaluated from UU No 28 Year 2014. This research represent type research of normatif with approach of legislation problem and is conceptual. Than result of solution got by the following result: Arrangement of song copyrights in Indonesia by considering culture variety, properties of artistic area and art needing protection of copyrights, despitefully also in order to accommodating Law Copyrights sections with Trips (Trade Related Aspects Intellectual Property Right of), Copyrights arranged in Code of No. 7 Year 1987 and Code yo of No. 12 Year 1999 altered again with Code of No 19 Year 2002. and is last of Code No. 28 Year 2014. Implementation protection of law to right owner create of masterpiece create song evaluated from UU No 28 Year 2014, where law will give protection as according to nature of and the copyrights for menstimulir or stimulate activity all composer so that continuing to create and more creative. Form protection of that law is confirmed in law by placing crime sanction to one who impinge copyrights by contempting of court. Its suggestion is 1) Composer or right owner of song better do registration of its creation, this matter is conducted by for the shake of reaching situation which is kondusif in handling of collision of copyrights 2) Governmental better do serious take action in handling the problem of collision of song copyrights specially the problem of downloading ilegal, considering the condition of Indonesia society which bright to progressively keep abreast of sophisticatedly of existing technology. So also with socialization about stop of and piracy of ilegal downloading [is] which during the time conducted better be executed continually till finally get attention of society and society even also become important awareness of him is esteeming each other result of each masterpiece .
