This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and workload on employee performance at PT Reinco Strategi Asia. The sample size was 50 employees. The analysis method used in the study is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations, interviews and literature studies. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership style and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
