Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find and analyze the influence between leadership style, organizational commitment and performance that can be used as a reference in further research. The method chosen was multiple linear regression analysis. The total sample of all employees was 54 people. The results of the study simultaneously and partially all variables influenced employee performance. Leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline each have an important role in improving employee performance
