<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the management carried out by the Al Musthofa Ngeboran Islamic boarding school. Researchers are trying to find answers to the management of da'wah carried out in Islamic boarding schools and the community environment. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is analysis during data collection and analysis after data collection by drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the goal of managing the da'wah of the Al Musthofa Ngeboran Islamic boarding school is to achieve people who have extensive religious knowledge as a way of life. Da'wah media uses da'wah media directly with students and the community. The targets of his da'wah are children, teenagers and parents from among men and women. The management and implementation of da'wah is mostly followed by children and parents. Da'wah activities carried out include lectures, yasin tahlil, mujahadah, Wednesday night routines, ratibul hadad routines, aqiqah and so on. The da'wah studies delivered included the knowledge of the Qur'an, hadith, fiqh, Arabic and Sufism. The effect of the management of da'wah that is carried out is the application of da'wah materials and changes in morals in everyday life.]]>
