This study aims to identify, examine, and describe judicial independence as a reflection of Indonesia's judicial power. This research employs normative legal research and historical analysis to comprehensively complement the data. This approach is used because judicial independence requires an adequate literature review from various sources. The research was conducted within Indonesia's judicial institutions as the manifestation of judicial independence. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, based on qualitative data. The findings indicate that judicial independence is essential in law enforcement, grounded in strong moral ethics for judicial officers. As a recommendation, judicial independence should be well guaranteed in law enforcement, supported by moral ethics in carrying out judicial duties.
