<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Saat ini hampir semua negara menghadapi permasalahan akibat penyakit tidak menular. Kondisi tersebut kerap kali tidak dirasakan karena tidak menimbulkan keluhan. Hal ini menyebabkan penyakit tidak menular dijumpai pada tingkat yang lebih lanjut sehingga sulit untuk dipulihkan yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan cacat atau kematian. Upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan pengetahuan kader kesehatan dalam deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kasehatan dalam deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan kader kesehatan memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan pada kader kesehatan tentang deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular. Jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 60 kader kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan rata rata nilai hasil prestest sebesar 75 poin dan rata rata nilai posttest sebesar 90 poin. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang penyakit tidak menular dan pengelolaan posbindu sebesar 15 poin. Kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan diharapkan dapat berkelanjutansecara mandiri oleh masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Guntur. Selain itu setiap kelurahan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Guntur diharapkan dapat melaksanakan pelatihan kader kesehatan secara rutin dalam melaksanakan deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular melalui anggaran kelurahan. This condition is often not felt because it does not cause complaints. This causes non-communicable diseases to be found at more advanced levels making it difficult to recover which ultimately causes disability or death.. Efforts to overcome these problems require the knowledge of health cadres in early detection of non-communicable diseases. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of health cadres in early detection of non-communicable diseases. With this activity it is hoped that health cadres will have good skills in early detection of non-communicable diseases. The activity method used is training for health cadres on early detection of non-communicable diseases. The number of participants who attended was 60 health cadres. The results of the activity show an average pretest result of 75 points and an average posttest score of 90 points. The activity conclude that there is an increase in the knowledge of health cadres about non-communicable diseases and posbindu management by 15 points.
