<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap SDM pada kasir, (b) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap SDM pada kasir, dan (c) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap SDM pada kasir Supermarket di Bojonegoro. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji koefisien korelasi productmoment, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi, disiplin kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karena memiliki korelasi yang signifikan sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas dalam meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia.Abstract: This research aims to (a) determine the influence of work discipline on human resources at cashiers, (b) determine the influence of motivation on human resources at cashiers, and (c) determine the influence of work discipline on human resources at supermarket cashiers in Bojonegoro. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, productmoment correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis test (t-test). The research results show that training, motivation, work discipline greatly influence performance because they have a significant correlation so they can increase efficiency and quality in improving human resource performance.]]>
