<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Based on data at the Binuangeun Community Health Center, in 2022 the number of mothers giving birth was 640 people and 102 people who experienced second degree perineal rupture occurred or 16%. To determine the effectiveness of consuming chicken egg whites and skimmed milk for healing second degree perineal wounds in postpartum women at the Binuangeun Community Health Center in 2024. The type of research used is quasi-experimental involving an intervention but without a random system in selecting the sample group. to determine the effectiveness of consuming chicken egg whites and skim milk for healing grade II perineal wounds in postpartum mothers. The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that the average difference between the skim milk treatment and the chicken egg white treatment was 1.28 days with a z-score of -2.347 and a p-value of 0.015. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the effect of chicken egg white and skim milk on the healing of grade II perineal wounds in postpartum mothers. From the 2 treatments, it can be concluded that skim milk is more effective for healing grade II perineal wounds compared to chicken egg white. Keywords: Perineal wounds, Skim Milk and Eggs ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data di Puskesmas Binuangeun pada tahun 2022 jumlah ibu bersalin sebanyak 640 Orang dan yang terjadi rupture perineum derajat II sebanyak 102 Orang atau 16%. Mengetahui Efektivitas Konsumsi Putih Telur Ayam Dan Susu Skim Untuk Penyembuhan Luka Perineum Derajat II Pada Ibu Nifas di Puskesmas Binuangeun Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy eksperiment melibatkan suatu intervensi namun tanpa system acak (random) pada pemilihan grup sampelnya untuk mengetahui efektivitas konsumsi putih telur ayam dan susu skim untuk penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II pada ibu nifas. Hasil uji mann whitney, didapatkan hasil selisih rata-rata antara perlakuan susu skim dengan perlakuan putih telur ayam sebanyak 1,28 hari dengan nilai z-score -2,347 dan nilai p-value 0,015. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh putih telur ayam dan susu skim terhadap penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II pada ibu nifas. Dari 2 perlakuan maka dapat disimpuilkan bahwa susu skim lebih efektif untuk penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II di bandingakan dengan putih telur ayam.
