<![CDATA[Abstract: This study examines the effet of work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the work productivity of employees CV. Makmur Jaya Abadi Bima this study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence city and motivation on employee performance and find out which variable is yhe most dominant. The population in this study were all employess who worked at CV. Makmur Jaya Abadi Bima city the number of samples in this study were 55 respondents and the sampling technique was through saturated sampling technique with the census method. The analiysis used was multiple linear regression analiysis. The data analiysis used SPSS version 25. The result showed that: (1) Work Motivation had a positive and significant effent on work Productivity (2) Work Discipline positive and significant efeent on Work Productivity (3) Work Discipline has a dominant effent on employee work. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Kedisiplinan Kerja (X2) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan CV. Makmur JAYA ABADI Kota Bima.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kedisiplinan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan dan mengetahui variabel manakah yang lebih dominan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada CV. Makmur Jaya Abadi Kota Bima.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh dengan metode sensus.Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis uji regresi linier berganda.Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (2) Kedisiplinan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (3) kedisiplinan Kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.]]>
