"Nusyuz" means an act of the wife which can be interpreted as opposing the will of her husband with no reason that can be accepted according to syara law. But when a husband sues his wife on the pretext of "nusyuz" in front of the court, it must be proven and there must be a witness as one proof, the judge will analyze the truth of the witness's testimony as proof. This requirement is because justice, which is one of the objectives to be realized in case examinations and termination before a religious court, will depend on evidence.
