ABSTRAK Program pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dukungan penguatan menghafal pada anak melalui metode reward teknik token economy pada anak di TPQ An-Najah. Program pendampingan ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan untuk pengabdian masyarakat pada anak TPQ yang dilakukan selama 6 hari dengan desain program mengahafal doa dan surat-surat pendek. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, latihan tugas, dan penerapan metode reward menggunakan teknik token economy. Hasil akhir dari implementasi program menunjukkan bahwa tampak adanya peningkatan menghafal anak setelah diterapkan metode reward teknik token economy. Indikator perasaan senang mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12 poin, indikator keterlibatan meningkat sebesar 15 poin, indikator Aktif, Semangat, Percaya diri, Antusias, dan Kompetitif dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan metode reward teknik token economy. Kata kunci: Minat Menghafal, Reward, Token economy ABSTRACT This mentoring program aims to provide support for strengthening memorization to children through the token economy technique reward method for children at TPQ An-Najah. This mentoring program is part of the activities to fulfill the 6-day Behavior Modification Course with the design of a program to memorize prayers and short letters. Data collection was carried out by observing, practicing assignments, and applying the reward method using the token economy technique. The end result of program implementation shows that there appears to be an increase in children's memorization after the token econo my technique reward method is applied.
