This community service program aims to establish a sustainable organic farming ecosystem through intensive mentoring for young farmers in Kulam Baro Village, Simpang Lhee District. The program was carried out in stages using a participatory approach, including technical training in organic farming, waste processing into organic fertilizer, field practice mentoring, formation of young farmer groups, and strengthening digital marketing of agricultural products. The results of the program show improved knowledge and skills among young farmers in independently implementing organic farming practices. This initiative also encouraged the formation of active young farmer groups with a focus on environmentally friendly agriculture and sustainable market orientation.
