PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PENJUALAN METODE JOB ORDER COSTING PADA UMKM ILY DESSERT TULUNGAGUNG

Abstract

The purpose of calculating production costs is to determine the selling price of a product. The calculation of routine and order costs also has the same purpose. Readers can learn how to calculate cost of goods sold. They can also learn the differences between the job order costing method and the production costs applied by Ily Dessert. This study used both desk and field research. Data was collected through documents and interviews through order costing. Based on the research, it is shown that the production cost items used by Ily Dessert are costs for basic materials, employee salary costs, electricity, gas, fuel, internet, and marketing usage costs. While in the job order costing method, in addition to the above costs, there are also machine maintenance costs. After calculating per order, it is known that the production cost is higher than the calculation of Ily Dessert and there is a difference in production costs of Rp 3,626,705 per month and Rp 50,195 per fruit. Abstrak Tujuan perhitungan biaya produksi adalah untuk menentukan harga jual suatu produk. Perhitungan biaya rutin dan pesanan juga memiliki tujuan yang sama. Pembaca dapat mempelajari cara menghitung harga pokok penjualan. Mereka juga dapat mempelajari perbedaan antara metode job order costing dan biaya produksi yang diterapkan oleh Ily Dessert. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumen dan wawancara melalui biaya pemesanan. Berdasarkan penelitian dtunjukan bahwa item biaya produksi yang digunakan oleh Ily Dessert adalah biaya untuk bahan dasar, biaya gaji karyawan, biaya penggunaan listrik, gas, bahan bakar, internet, dan pemasaran. Sedangkan pada metode job order costing, selain biaya diatas, juga terdapat biaya pemeliharaan mesin. Setelah dihitung per pesanan, diketahui bahwa biaya produksi lebih tinggi dari perhitungan Ily Dessert dan terdapat selisih biaya produksi sebesar Rp 3.626.705 per bulan dan Rp 50.195 per buah.
