ANALISIS PENERAPAN KEBIJAKAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DALAM TERCIPTANYA LINGKUNGAN KERJA (Studi kasus pada PT.PLN (persero) UPT Madiun ULTG Kediri)

Abstract Whether organizations can take responsibility for the health of their employees is the objective of this study. This research also expects the implementation of an OHS Management System to protect the safety and health of employees and others in the workplace. By implementing SMK3, all work process activities can be carried out efficiently, which has an impact on the quality of life of workers in the workplace. This study conducted descriptive qualitative research. The results are then analyzed and explained in points related to the research subject. The results show that the implementation of SMK3 at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Madiun ULTG Kediri is effective and in accordance with the Minister of Manpower Regulation (PER. 05/MEN/1996) and Government Regulation (PP No.50 of 2012) on the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. For this achievement, the Governor of East Java, the Ministry of Labor, and the Ministry of Manpower provided Zero Accident certificates and awards. Abstrak Apakah organisasi dapat bertanggung jawab atas kesehatan karyawannya adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini juga mengharapkan penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 untuk melindungi keselamatan dan kesehatan karyawan dan orang lain di tempat kerja. Dengan menerapkan SMK3, semua kegiatan proses kerja dapat dilakukan dengan efisien, yang berdampak pada kualitas kehidupan pekerja di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini melakukan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya kemudian dianalisis dan dijelaskan dalam poin yang berkaitan dengan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMK3 di PT.PLN (persero) UPT Madiun ULTG Kediri efektif dan sesuai dengan Peraturan Mentri Tenaga Kerja (PER. 05/MEN/1996) dan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP No.50 Tahun 2012) tentang penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Untuk pencapaian ini, Gubernur Jawa Timur, Kementrian Tenaga Kerja, dan Kementerian Tenaga Kerja memberikan sertifikat Zero Accident dan Penghargaan.
