Abstract This study was conducted to examine the significance of the simultaneous, partial and dominant impact of variability in product quality, service and price on customer loyalty / loyalty of PT.Lexxa Data Indonusa internet provider users in buying their internet (wifi) products. This research was conducted on PT.Lexxa Data Indonusa customers regarding the effect of product quality, service, and price on the level of customer loyalty / loyalty of internet provider users. With multiple linear regression analysis tools, it is known that product quality and service partially have an impact on customer loyalty / loyalty. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji signifikasi dampak stimultan, parsial dandominan variabilitas mutu produk, layanan dan harga loyalitas/kesetiaan pelanggan pengguna internet provider PT.Lexxa Data Indonusa dalam membeli produk internet (wifi) mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan PT.Lexxa Data Indonusa terkait pengaruh mutu produk, layanan, dan harga terhadap tingkat loyalitas/kesetiaan pelanggan pengguna internet provider. Dengan alat analisa regresi linier berganda, diketahui bahwa mutu produk dan layanan secara parsial memberikan dampak terhadap loyalitas/kesetiaan pelanggan.
