<![CDATA[The aging process in the elderly occurs as the elderly age increases, which will cause problems related to health, economic and social aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to improve health services for the elderly so that the elderly can improve their quality of life. The decline in physical function that occurs in the elderly is a decline in body systems such as the nervous system, stomach, spleen and liver, a decrease in the ability of the five senses such as vision, hearing, smell and taste bods, as well as experiencing disturbances in sleep patterns. The elderly are a group that is vulnerable to health, therefore good knowledge and attitudes are needed to improve their health. The aim of this Community Service activity is to improve cognitive abilities in the elderly to prevent decline in cognitive function. This PKM implementation method uses a community-based approach to the community where this activity involves posyandu cadres and members of posyandu lansia Bina Sejahtera Palembang. The results of this PKM activity showed an increase in knowledge and changes in the attitudes and behavior of the elderly in terms of knowledge about cognitive therapy and brain exercise.]]>
