<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the strengthening of an anti-corruption culture as a fundamental strategy for enhancing the economic empowerment of communities. Corruption often serves as a major obstacle to fair and sustainable economic growth. By establishing a strong anti-corruption culture through education, ethical value dissemination, and strict law enforcement, it is expected to create a conducive environment for transparent and accountable resource management. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, where data is collected through literature studies, interviews with community leaders, and observations of economic empowerment programs. Data analysis is conducted by correlating field findings with relevant theories and Islamic spiritual values. The findings indicate that strengthening the anti-corruption culture can serve as an essential foundation to ensure equitable distribution, improve welfare, and enhance economic independence based on moral and ethical values. These results are expected to serve as a guide in formulating policies and programs that support integrity-driven and inclusive economic development.]]>
