<![CDATA[Families pay less attention to the condition of health of the elderly , this condition showed less supportelderly family neighborhood health center on the use of the elderly . Preliminary studies in the VillageDistrict Mojosongo Diwek Jombang in May 2013 on 20 elderly families earned 13 elderly families ( 65 % )families pay less attention to the condition of health of the elderly , this condition showed less support elderlyfamily on the utilization of health services , as many elderly family 7 ( 35 % ) family of the condition of healthof the elderly , so that the elderly received strong support from the family on the utilization of health carefacilities . This study aimed to support families with health care utilization in the elderly posyanduMojosongo Village District Diwek Jombang .This research is analytic research with cross sectional approach . The entire population of the elderly in thevillage of Dusun Mojosongo Mojosongo Diwek Jombang District 40 respondents , with a total samplingtechnique sampling . Independent variable is family support , health services are dependent . Collecting datausing questionnaires , and analyzed with Spearman ranks test .Once the data is collected is done processing the data editing , coding , scoring , transferring , tabulating .The results obtained support the family most of the respondents 55 % were positive family support , andnearly half of the respondents 45 % negative .Utilization of health services is known mostly elderly posyandu 60 % active elderly elderly posyandu utilizehealth services , and a small 40 % off . Spearman ranks test results obtained ρ ( 0:01 ) < 0:05 .There are family support relationships with health care utilization in the elderly posyandu MojosongoVillage District Diwek Jombang .
