WHO estimate 4 billion casehappened [in] world in the year 2011 and 2,2 million among others die, most underage children 5 year.Target of research analyse influence of counselling about hygiene of environment to mother attitude inprevention of diarrhoea [in] Countryside of Jatiwates District Of Tembelang Sub-Province of Jombang.Type Research the used [is] research of experiment pre of jenisone pre group and of post test design. Itspopulation [is] all mother which [is] mempunyaibalita [in] Countryside of Jatiwates District OfTembelang Sub-Province of Jombang counted 312 people with Amount of sampel counted 32 people,sampling technique of Probability sampling with type of Simple Random Sampling. Instrument which[in] using [is] kuesioner. [At] this research [of] data analysis use test of Mc Namer test.Pursuant to result of research got that absolut majority responder have negative attitude counted 23responder ( 56,1%), most responder have attitude which are positive after given [by] counselling counted 26responder ( 63,4%).Result of analysis use test of Mc Namer Test with ? 0,05 got that = 0,031 < 0,05 with the meaningthere [is] influence of counselling about hygiene of environment to mother attitude in prevention ofdiarrhoea [in] Countryside of Jatiwates District Of Tembelang Sub-Province of Jombang.Mother more is improving [of] knowledge of mother about prevention of diarrhoea either through massmedia and also electronic media, like reading newspaper, watch television etcetera so that mother canprevent diarrhoea better [is] matching with the one which taught by officer of health like makingcondensation of oralit and immediately bring child to doctor or officer of other health if natural child [of]diarrhoeaKeyword: Counselling, Kebersihan lingkungan, Attitude, Diarrhoea.]]>
