This study focuses on the analysis of marketing strategies in increasing competitiveness at Putra Intan Mandiri Iron Steel Shop, Cirebon Regency. In this study, the aim was to find out the marketing strategy at Putra Intan Mandiri Iron Steel Shop, Cirebon Regency in increasing competitiveness using SWOT analysis. This study also uses qualitative research methods which are used to analyze, describe and summarize various conditions and situations from various data collected using interview techniques or observing problems in the field or from existing literature. In this study, there are two sources of data, namely primary and secondary data sources. Using data analysis techniques including IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) analysis, SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), IE (Internal- External) analysis, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic) analysis Planning Matrix). The results of the research show that the company has a marketing strategy in increasing competitiveness.
