<![CDATA[Penyembuhan luka yang optimal melibatkan berbagai proses biologi dan molekuler berupa migrasi sel, proliferasi, deposisi matriks ekstraseluler, dan remodelling. Berbagai pendekatan penelitian berbasis sel dapat membantu penggunaan sel punca (stem cells) untuk mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka. Tinjauan ini mengenai tipe sel punca yang dapat digunakan untuk penyembuhan luka namun penggunaan klinisnya masih terbatas. Optimal wound healing includes various biological and molecular processes. Adult stem cells can promote more effective wound therapy. Choosing the right stem cells through in vivo study is important. Further studies is needed for the identification of appropriate adult stem cells, protocols, and building the bioscaffold used for optimal wound healing in the future.]]>
