<![CDATA[Iklim tropis di Indonesia dengan suhu dan kelembapan tinggi merupakan lingkungan yang baik untuk pertumbuhan jamur, sehingga diperkirakan insiden infeksi jamur cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian retrospektif deskriptif atas data rekam medis kunjungan pasien baru di klinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSUD Dr. Soedono Madiun selama Januari-Desember 2021. Didapatkan kasus baru mikosis superfisialis terbanyak pada perempuan (65%), pada rentang usia 25-44 tahun (31,25%), diagnosis terbanyak adalah tinea korporis (22,5%), terapi yang diberikan terutama kombinasi anti-jamur topikal dan oral (83,75%), dan penyakit penyerta terbanyak adalah diabetes melitus (7,5%). Tropical climate in Indonesia with high temperature and humidity creates a good atmosphere for fungal growth, so it is expected that the incidence of fungal disease is quite high in the community. This is a descriptive retrospective study on medical record data of new patient visits at the Dermatovenereology Clinic Dr. Soedono Madiun General Hospital in 2021. New cases of superficial mycoses were mostly female (65%), in the age group 25-44 years (31.25%), most cases is tinea corporis (22.5%), treated mostly with a combination of topical and oral antifungals (83.75%), and the most common comorbidities was diabetes mellitus (7.5%). ]]>
