The results show that this fact has a further impact on the fact that the administrative function does not run simultaneously with efforts to improve the quality of education so that it has not shown results or outcomes in accordance with the expected quality, in other words that the graduation target has not yet been fully achieved as expected, as well as the ability competitiveness. The aim of this research is to explain the implementation of administrative functions in improving the quality of education at UPT SD Negeri 141 Pinrang and the factors that support and hinder it as well as alternative solutions. The results of the research show that the implementation of the administrative function in improving the quality of education at UPT SD Negeri 141 Pinrang is running according to its function. It can be seen that, in terms of facilities and infrastructure, the response of respondents who said Katagiri facilities and infrastructure were good was 63.9% of 36 respondents, and in terms of service towards teachers 81.8% in the good category from 11 respondents, in service to students 83.3% in the good category from 24 respondents, then in service in the field of curriculum in the very good category 36.6% and in the good category 83.3% from 11 respondents, and in the service of the learning and teaching process in the very good category 11.1%. The good category is 80.6% and the less good category is 8.3%. Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of education are still and at UPT SD Negeri 141 Pinrang, facilities and infrastructure are not yet adequate, such as library space, laboratory space and internet access, so teachers are hampered in implementing technology-based learning.
