This research is a classroom action research which aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class in XI of the Department of Commercial Ship Nauticals SMK KAL 2 Surabaya Meteorology subjects using the Problem Base Learning learning model. The research was carried out from March to April with four meetings. The research began with the Pre-cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II stages. The subjects of this research were 27 students in class XI of the Department of Commercial Ship Nauticals. Data collection was carried out by observation and conducting a written test at the end of the cycle. The results of this research show an increase in the percentage of students' completion scores. Completeness of student learning outcomes at the Pre-cycle stage is 11%, Cycle 1 is 30% and Cycle 70%. This research shows success in implementing the Problem Base Learning learning model, so that it can support better student learning outcomes in the Meteorology subject.
