<![CDATA[Teachers have an important role in the implementation of the Pancasila student profile enhancement project. In implementing P5 through several stages namely: planning stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. Their role as a driving teacher must have supporting and challenging factors. Supporting factors are: Peer support, There are P5, Sarana and Prasarana guidelines. The challenges are: Different student character, and funding constraints in the implementation of the project. This research aims to describe the role of the teacher in developing the project of strengthening the student profile of Pancasila at SMPN 7 Mataram. The research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study with data collection techniques through documentation, observation, and interviews. The implementation of P5 is implemented in the selection of the head of the OSIS which is well carried out and runs in accordance with the guidelines of the project module.]]>
