This research was motivated by the cognitive learning outcomes of IPAS for fifth grade students at SDN 02 Mojorejo, Madiun City, in the academic year 2023/2024, which were still inadequate. Therefore, the researcher aimed to determine the changes in cognitive learning outcomes of IPAS using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and the Culturally Responsive Thinking (CRT) approach with the use of the evaluation tool Blooket. This research was conducted over 3 cycles using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The subjects of this study were 28 students, consisting of 18 males and 10 females. Data collection involved using test questions to measure learning outcomes in each cycle: the Pre-Action Stage with an achievement percentage of 68.2%, Cycle I with an achievement percentage of 74.6%, and Cycle II with an achievement percentage of 91.4%, meeting the standard of achievement of ≥75%. Thus, based on the data, the researcher concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and the Culturally Responsive Learning (CRT) approach with the evaluation tool Blooket could improve the learning outcomes of students in the subject of IPAS Chapter VII, material "My Pride Region", Topic A "What is the Culture of My Region?" for the second semester of fifth grade at SDN 02 Mojorejo, Madiun City, in the academic year 2023/2024
