This research aims to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model in class V Pancasila Education learning at SDN 07 Toboh Palabah, Pariaman City. This research is classroom action research (PTK) using two types of approaches, namely a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. The research results showed: Teaching Module Assessment in cycle I meeting 1 86.11% (Good), cycle I meeting 2 88.88% (Good) with an average in cycle I 87.49% (Good). Then in cycle II 96.42% (Very Good). Assessment of the educator aspect in cycle I, meeting 1, 86.11% (Good), cycle I, meeting 2, 88.88% (Good). Then in cycle II 97.22% (Very Good). Assessment of student aspects in cycle I meeting 1 86.11% (Good), cycle I meeting 2 91.67% (Very Good). Then in cycle II 97.22% (Very Good). Student learning outcomes in cycle I meeting 1 were 1946.25, cycle I meeting 2 2280. The average for cycle I was 77.85 and cycle II 91.2. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model can improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila education learning in class V at SDN 07 Toboh Palabah, Pariaman City.
