Abstract

This study aims to evaluate teacher performance in learning. This type of research uses teacher performance evaluation research. The subjects of this research are all teachers in SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07 Salatiga. The data collection technique used observation technique. This research uses a research model that refers to the theory of the Teacher Performances Evaluation System (TYPES) model which emphasizes the learning process. Where in every aspect it must meet the standards that already meet the standards that already exist in the TYPES model. In the TYPES model there are 7 standard criteria that must be met, namely: (1) learning planning, (2) teaching and learning process, (3) assessment, (4) learning environment, (5) communication, (6) professionalism, and (7) student achievement. The technique used in this research is quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07 Salatiga can be said to be in accordance with the aspects that must exist in learning activities. This can be proven by teachers who get a percentage of 97% in the aspect of learning planning, this result is included in the excellent category. Teachers get a percentage of 74% in the aspect of teaching and learning, this result is included in the good category. Teachers get a percentage of 99% in the aspect of assessment, this result is included in the excellent category. In the aspect of the learning environment, teachers get a percentage of 99%, this is included in the excellent category.
