The formation of akhlakul karimah or noble morals among young people is one of the important goals in Islamic religious education. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers have a strategic role in educating and guiding the younger generation to have good morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research aims to examine the efforts made by PAI teachers in forming morals in young people. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach in several secondary schools in Indonesia. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that PAI teachers make various efforts, such as providing good role models, integrating moral values in the learning process, building effective communication with students, and holding religious activities outside the classroom. Supporting factors in the formation of morals among young people include support from the school and parents, as well as a conducive school environment. The obstacles faced include the negative influence of social media and the social environment. The conclusion of this research shows that the role of PAI teachers is very important in the formation of morals, although there are various challenges that need to be overcome to achieve optimal results.
