This study aims to analyze the influence of public servants and employee performance on community satisfaction. Using descriptive analysis methods and statistical analysis methods. Questionnaires were distributed to 90 respondents at the Jangkang Baru Village Office, Lahei Barat District.The results of the Standardized Coefficients Beta value of the public service variable are greater than the other independent variables, namely 0.221. The results of the significance test T test value 2.123> 1.987 the second hypothesis is accepted. Table Fcount > Ftable of 5.216 > 3.10 is declared significant. Public services and employee performance simultaneously have a significant effect on community satisfaction. Standardized Coefficients Beta value of public services (0.221) and employee performance (0.196) on community satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination R Square is 10.7% and the remaining 89.3% is influenced by variables outside the study.
