This study aims to analyze the effect of reward, punishment and work discipline on the performance of educators and education staff at the High School of Economics (STIE) Muara Teweh, North Barito Re-gency.The research method used was a questionnaire which was distrib-uted to 40 educators and education staff at the Muara Teweh School of Economics (STIE) North Barito Regency as respondents. Measurements using a Likert scale with a weight scale of 1 to 5. Test the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test. Based on the Coeffi-cient of Determination Test that the effect of the variable reward (X1), Punishment (X2) and work discipline simultaneously on the perfor-mance of educators and education staff (Y) is 0.630 while the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.The results of the study show that Reward, Punishment and Work Discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on the Performance of Educators and Education Personnel of the Muara Teweh High School of Economics (STIE) North Barito Regency. Reward, Punishment and Work Discipline partially have a significant effect on the Performance of Educators and Education Personnel of the Muara Teweh High School of Economics (STIE) North Barito Regency. Reward has a dominant and significant effect on the Performance of Educators and Education Per-sonnel of the High School of Economics (STIE) Muara Teweh, North Barito Regency.
